Electrical Saftey Inspections


- Provide a full electrical safety check on the premises in accordance to AS/NZS 3019:2007, including but not
limited to,
- General electrical arrangement: including consumer mains, socket outlets, correct connections and inspection
that light fittings are undamaged and serviceable
- Main switchboard and distribution board, Residual Current Device (RCD) protective devises
- Earthing system
- Fixed wired appliances
- Overhead lines
- Adequate covers, labelling
- Identify any hazards or non-compliant installations. Report any repairs required, and actions are taken to address
repair.
- Provide fully detailed reports, integrated into our software management system to log, record and schedule
- Ability to upload directly to a portal to ensure inspections are checked off and not missed
- Updated scheduling of ongoing periodic test, whether its quarterly, six monthly, yearly or two yearly. Lowemont Electrics will contact one month prior to all inspections
- Provide copies of the Electrical Installations Audit Report, Form 1 verification certificate and Compliance certificate (if required) to all relevant parties
- Assurance that all records will be kept securely
- We can also incorporate the 1 yearly smoke alarm inspection as part of the overall electrical safety check
